Vapour Rub - 50g

For clear, cool breathing.

• Rub a small amount on chest, throat, back and also below the nose, particularly just before going to bed
• Alternatively mix a little (2 teaspoons) in hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour for 5 -10 minutes
